The space between the fourth and fifth issues seems a chasm of many sorts, but mainly of space and time. whimperbang has maintained its electronic location, although the editors have changed theirs physically. I have found it common stock for most publications, especially of literature, to suffer some bumps in their initial years. We are thankful that you have returned after our slightly longer than usual absence to enjoy the offerings of some fine writers.
Last issue, I waxed on about the importance of writing today. This round, I won't assume to preach to the choir, but rather leave you to lose yourself in the issue.
